For more than 60 years, independent instructors have been teaching area music students at the Toon Shop Academy of Music. Each week, nearly 2000 students study at one of our two Kansas City area locations with professionals who have the highest credentials in their field. Nearly all are degreed, most with graduate degrees and several with doctorates and/or terminal degrees.From symphony musicians to local jazz icons, we are fortunate to be affiliated with the very finest.*

*For our students' safety, all Toon Shop Academy of Music instructors are required to pass a background check.
